Organization Purpose:
To bring live theater to our area, to provide an outlet for creativity to our members, and to eventually procure a permanent
home for our performances.
Our Mission:
Community Playhouse, Inc. produces quality entertainment
for the continued cultural enhancement of the Oil Region. CPI encourages teamwork and a sense of community by providing an
avenue for individuals to explore and develop their talents in many aspects of live theatrical productions. With the purchase
and refurbishing of the Lyric Theatre, CPI contributes to the revitalization of downtown Oil City.
